Sealing grout after cleaning is what prevents rapid re-soiling. Penetrating sealer fills the pores of the grout, creating a moisture barrier that repels water and reduces absorption of soils. Sealed grout cleans much more easily and stays lighter longer. In bathrooms, resealing annually is the standard recommendation.

Colour-sealing grout is a premium option that combines cleaning, sealing, and colour restoration in one application. A coloured penetrating sealer is applied to clean grout, restoring its original colour and sealing it simultaneously. This is a durable solution for grout that has stained beyond what cleaning alone can restore.
