Our story — and why D&D Interior Services exists
D&D Interior Services was founded in 2023 by Devon Moore and David Fitzpatrick in Kitchener, Ontario. The business launched from a simple observation: Waterloo Region homeowners deserved a design-build renovation partner who would show up, stay on schedule, and finish what they started — every time. The industry had too many missed deadlines, too many blown budgets, and too much friction between homeowners and trades. We built D&D Interior Services to fix that.
D&D Interior Services is part of the D&D Network — a six-company home-service group serving Waterloo Region. That network depth means every project benefits from shared supplier relationships, a deep trades bench that absorbs surprises without schedule slip, and operational systems proven across thousands of home-service jobs across Southern Ontario.
In our first three years, D&D Interior Services has completed 500+ interior renovation projects across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Elmira, Fergus, Elora, Breslau, Ayr, Baden, and the broader Waterloo Region. Our scope includes full kitchens, bathroom renovations and ensuites, hardwood and tile flooring, quartz countertops, crown moulding and trim carpentry, pot-light and fixture installation, bathroom vanities, and custom-millwork built-ins.
Every project we take begins with the same promise: a fixed-price proposal, a documented schedule, a single project manager for the duration, daily clean-up on site, and a written 5-Year Workmanship Warranty. That's it. No surprises. No nickel-and-dime change orders. Just interior renovations delivered the way they should be.

Devon is personally involved in every D&D Interior Services project — from the initial in-home consultation through the final walkthrough. He handles project estimating, schedule management, quality control, and client communication. His operational discipline is why D&D Interior Services has maintained a 100% on-time completion rate across all 500+ projects since 2023.
Devon is based in Kitchener, grew up in Waterloo Region, and has spent his career in home services. He knows every borough of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph — which streets have knob-and-tube wiring still in the walls, which neighbourhoods surface asbestos tile under the basement floor, and which permit offices move fastest. That local knowledge saves clients days of delay and thousands of dollars of surprise cost.

D&D Interior Services lives in Kitchener-Waterloo — and we act like it. We source cabinetry, stone, tile, and millwork from regional suppliers whenever possible. We hire local trades and pay them on time. We respect neighbourhoods: trucks off the road by 5 PM on residential streets, clean sites every night, and portable-bathroom discipline so no neighbour has a reason to complain.
We support the communities we renovate in — contributing to community causes across Waterloo Region, sponsoring local sports teams, and participating in neighbourhood-association events.
